S M Krishna's flight made an Emergency landing in Karachi when returning to India from Brazil

An Emirates flight that carried Indian foreign minister SM Krishna was returning back to India from Brazil via Dubai made an Emergency Landing in Karachi, Pakistan. Sources identified the cause for this emergency landing was due to bad weather and the flight had returned back to Dubai. Earlier there was a panic since there was no trace for the Emergency landing.

Unon minister for External minister, Krishna went to Brazil last week to confirm the schedule of IBSA summit including Countries like Brazil, South Africa. This is the fourth IBSA summit. The main agenda for this summit is to strengthen the growing economies of Africa and Latin America so that they have an upper edge in the international arena. The three countries India, Brazil and South Africa seek to synergise their clout on global issues ranging from multilateral trade talks and climate change to the UN reforms and energy security.
